Job summary

Raintree Country Club Golf Course Maintenance is seeking a reliable team member to maintain the 36-hole private course in south Charlotte, NC. The role requires operating equipment, mowing greens and tees, daily upkeep, and supporting irrigation and drainage projects.

This full-time position offers $18.00 per hour, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits; weekend and holiday work is required, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and stay in good physical condition essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment that is used daily in golf course maintenance operation.
• Mow greens, tees, fairways with appropriate mowers.
• Assist in fertilization and daily upkeep of golf course.
• Report mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.
• Install detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operation.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Assistant or Superintendent

Raintree Country Club is a 36 hole private golf course located in south Charlotte, NC. near the intersection of highway 51 and Providence Road.

Compensation

$18.00 per hour

Applicant will be able to:

• Operate all equipment that is used daily in golf course maintenance operation.
• Mow greens, tees, fairways with appropriate mowers
• Assist in fertilization and daily upkeep of golf course
• Report mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic
• Install detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operation.

Due to the nature of this position, the applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs and be in good physical condition.

This is a 40 hour per week position that offers health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement, and other benefits.
