Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Laborer to perform turf maintenance, mowing greens, tees, and bunkers, and assist in constructing new greens. This role requires outdoor work, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain course quality.

Candidates should be prepared to operate light equipment, lift up to 20 pounds, and collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, well-maintained course for guests across our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with operating light equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, and collars.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Edge cart paths, bunkers, sprinkler heads, and drains.
• Operate light equipment for hauling materials and removing debris.
• Assist in construction of new greens, tees, and fairways by grading and soil preparation.
