Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas as assigned.
• Perform bunker maintenance including raking, edging, and sand upkeep.
• Assist with golf course setup including tee markers, cups, ropes, signage, and ball washers.
• Operate hand tools, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Assist with irrigation repairs, watering, and drainage projects.
• Perform landscaping duties including trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, and weed removal.
• Remove debris, leaves, fallen branches, and trash from the course and grounds.
• Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications under supervision.
• Help prepare the course for tournaments, special events, and daily play.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and club policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Position Summary

The Golf Course Maintenance - General Laborer is responsible for assisting in the daily maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, landscaping, and club grounds. Physical Requirements

• Outdoor work environment with exposure to heat, humidity, rain, noise, chemicals, and moving equipment
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
