Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, invites applications for a full-time Landscaper at Esplanade at St. Marys in St. Marys, GA.

The Landscaper will care for turf, trees, shrubs and flowers, operate mowers and related equipment, and help maintain a welcoming outdoor environment for members and guests. The ideal candidate will have less than high school education or minimal related experience, valid driver's license, and a commitment to safe work practices, reliability, and

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or up to 1 month related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepares soil for planting beds and lawn areas.
• Operates mechanical equipment such as mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
• Plants trees, shrubs, turf grass and flowers.
• Prunes and trims trees and shrubs.
• Maintains a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintains landscape through application of mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
