Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Landscape Gardener to maintain beauty and health of the course and clubhouse grounds. You will plant, prune, mulch, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and ornamental plants to enhance guest experience.

Work with the Superintendent and Grounds team to ensure sustainable landscaping, safety, and high-quality outdoor environments across the property, with seasonal project involvement and early morning duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail in outdoor environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment use guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and care for flowers, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Seasonal planting, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and watering.
• Monitor plant health and identify disease or pest issues.
• Recommend plant materials and landscaping improvements.
• Assist with landscape renovation and enhancements.
• Maintain beds, walkways, grounds to standards.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Support irrigation and watering efforts.
• Remove weeds and debris and landscape hazards.
• Follow safety procedures and environmental best practices.
• Assist with special projects and seasonal property prep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
