Job summary

Invited is seeking an Irrigation Technician to manage the repair, operation, maintenance, and construction of golf course irrigation and drainage systems. This role involves installing and maintaining PVC, ADS, and poly piping, addressing drainage issues, and supporting overall course operations to ensure optimal playability.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years golf course irrigation experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years irrigation experience in golf course maintenance preferred.
• Irrigation association certification or backflow device inspection/maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular irrigation system maintenance and adjust sprinkler heads for proper coverage.
• Repair and install PVC, ADS, and poly piping as needed.
• Keep irrigation equipment clean, fueled, and stored properly.
• Document daily usage and report issues to the supervisor.
• Operate related equipment (backhoes, trenchers, sod cutters) safely.
• Attend daily briefings and support club operations as needed.
