Invited is seeking a Water Plant Technician to manage the golf course's water distribution systems, pumps, and filtration equipment. The role involves daily monitoring, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient water use across turf and landscape areas.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in water plant operations or irrigation. The job includes outdoor work, safety protocols, and collaboration with a team to maintain a safe, well-kept club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in water plant operation, irrigation, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor irrigation schedules to optimize water use across turf and landscaping.
• Operate and maintain pumps, valves, filtration systems, and related equipment.
• Inspect irrigation heads, pipes, and components for proper function.
• Assist in repairing irrigation lines, valves, and sprinkler heads as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on water plant equipment and control systems.
• Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, or equipment malfunctions in water distribution.
• Maintain records of water usage and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety protocols and handle water treatment chemicals properly.
• Support other maintenance duties on the course as needed.
