Job summary

Thompson Golf Group is seeking a hands-on team member for daily course operations in Arizona, Minnesota, and Texas. The role focuses on guest service, cart staging, and maintaining golf car fleets to ensure smooth daily play and tournament operations.

The ideal candidate should know golf basics or have prior experience, be able to work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf or previous experience.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer service to players and guests.
• Staging carts for daily play and tournaments.
• Greeting customers and assisting with loading golf bags.
• Clean, wash, and detail golf car fleet.
• Operate range cart and pick range as needed.
• Assist with banquet setup and event center cleaning.
• Empty trash and maintain golf course areas.
