Thompson Golf Management is seeking a Golf Course Grounds Keeper in Mesa, Arizona. The role requires reliability and the ability to lift 40 lbs. Experience is preferred, but in-house training will be provided.

This is an outdoor role with seasonal hours. Flexibility in scheduling can be accommodated, with mandatory weekend morning shifts. A variety of benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, and golf discounts are offered.

Golf Course Grounds Keeper

Experience preferred – will provide in‑house training. Must be reliable, hard working, and able to lift 40 lbs. This is an outdoor position.

Hours change with the seasons:

• Spring/Summer – 4 am to 12:30 pm
• Fall/Winter – 5 am to 1:30 pm

Must work alternate weekend mornings. A flexible schedule can be accommodated.
