O’HReilly Hospitality Management, LLC (OHM) seeks a Golf Landscape Technician for BigShots Springfield in Missouri. You will perform maintenance tasks and manage routine repairs to maintain facilities and guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, technical know-how in HVAC/plumbing/electrical work, and the ability to coordinate with management on events and AV needs. Flexible hours include nights/weekends, with a focus on safety and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks using hand tools (painting, plumbing, electrical).
• Replace air-conditioner filters and report major repairs.
• Maintain HVAC, heating, cooling and hot water systems.
• Respond to guest service requests per policy.
• Coordinate with management on activities and AV needs.
• Keep work areas clean and follow preventive procedures.
• Maintain equipment records and safety data sheets.
• Monitor daily equipment readings and program HVAC controllers.
• Ensure clean, safe facility appearance and stock supplies.
• Inspect and repair issues in common areas; learn emergency procedures.
• Adhere to lockout-tagout procedures for safety.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and in uniform.
• Support OHM culture: O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, etc.
• Perform other related duties as required.
