Job summary

The Resort at Pelican Hill is a premier Five-Star, Five-Diamond destination offering luxury service. A Greenskeeper role is available on site in Newport Beach, CA, focused on maintaining greens, tees and related course areas to department standards.

Responsibilities include mowing, hand watering, operating equipment, maintaining irrigation systems, applying fertilizers and pesticides as appropriate, and performing other duties as assigned to keep the course pristine for guests and members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and landscaping equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, push and carry heavy objects; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, roughs, and approaches.
• Hand water designated areas and operate golf course equipment.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems and apply fertilizers as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain course quality.
