Job summary

El Macero Country Club in El Macero, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Greenskeeper to join our golf operations team. You will rake bunkers, operate small machinery, prepare soil beds, and assist with course detail and setup while maintaining safety and quality.

Minimum qualifications include one month of related experience or training and a valid driver’s license; regular attendance is essential. Compensation is $19.00–$20.00 per hour, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with

Responsibilities

Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.
