The position requires attention to detail, ability to work weekends/holidays, and reliable attendance. Prior experience on a golf course or grounds maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience on a golf course or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate turf maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and turf practices preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other landscaped areas.
• Rake, edge, repair, and maintain bunkers.
• Assist with irrigation system operation and basic repairs.
• Apply fertilizers and turf treatments per policies and regulations.
• Set up the course for daily play, tournaments, and events.
• Repair divots, ball marks, and other course conditions.
• Operate and maintain course equipment and tools safely.
• Remove debris and maintain overall course appearance.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment, chemicals, and hazards.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and team on daily conditions.
