Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to operation of machinery and chemical handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous golf course or grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate or learn turf maintenance equipment.
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and landscaped areas.
• Rake, edge, repair and maintain bunkers.
• Assist with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides per company policies and regulations.
• Set up the course for daily play, tournaments and events.
• Repair divots and ball marks, worn turf, drainage issues.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools.
• Remove debris and maintain the course appearance.
• Follow safety procedures for equipment and chemical handling.
• Work with the Superintendent and maintenance team to maintain daily course conditions.
