Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous golf course, landscaping, grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate turf maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and turf maintenance practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other landscaped areas using turf equipment.
• Rake, edge, repair, and maintain bunkers.
• Assist with irrigation system operation, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other turf treatments as directed.
• Set up the golf course for daily play, tournaments, and events.
• Repair divots, ball marks, worn turf, drainage issues, and other course conditions.
• Operate, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Remove debris and maintain the overall appearance of the golf course and grounds.
• Follow all safety procedures related to equipment operation, chemical handling, and workplace hazards.
• Work collaboratively with the Superintendent and maintenance team.
