Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service operations preferred.
• Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or able to become certified within 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, takes orders, clears tables.
• Assists in food preparation and cooking.
• Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area.
• Serves food and beverages to customers.
• Sanitizes high-touch surfaces; cleans dining room, prep and kitchen areas.
• Maintains accurate sales records via POS system and cash handling.
• Operates POS terminal to process payments and receipts.
• Adheres to attendance policy and punctuality for shifts.
• Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
