Job summary

Raleigh Golf Association is seeking an Equipment & Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. Entry level requires 2 to 3 years’ experience and you will inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects across our golf course equipment fleet.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, keep mowing gear sharp, apply reel grinding skills, and maintain logs. Benefits include health, 401K, vacation, uniforms, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in golf course equipment maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical defects in golf course equipment.
• Willing to perform preventative maintenance and maintain service records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects in golf course equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
• Keep mowing equipment operable and sharpened for high-quality cuts.
• Demonstrate reel grinding skills to maintain cutting performance.
• Maintain a neat, safe shop and accurate repair logs.
• Assist with small engine repairs and routine servicing.
• Support smooth course operations with additional duties as assigned.
