Grasslands Club: Our Mission

Located northeast of Nashville, Grasslands Club offers a private golf and country club experience with amenities like two clubhouses, lakeside pools, two championship golf courses, a short course, a teaching facility, fitness facilities, and a racquet sports complex.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

As a Golf Course Equipment Operator, you'll operate large equipment such as mowing tractors, loaders, weed eaters, and backhoes to maintain the golf course. Your duties include mowing, turf care, aerification, and equipment maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency while reporting any issues to the Grounds Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of safe and efficient mechanical operation of tractors and motorized equipment, especially Toro and Jacobsen models
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
