Job summary

HHC Seagate Hamlet LLC is seeking an experienced Equipment Manager in Delray Beach, FL to oversee maintenance, repair, and performance of all golf course maintenance equipment. This hands‑on role requires strong mechanical expertise and organizational skills to support golf course operations.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, manage parts inventory, budgets, and repair costs, and train staff to maximize reliability and safety on the course.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years maintaining golf course, heavy, or related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of gasoline/diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• Ability to read budgets and manage repair costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of golf course equipment and assets.
• Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program.
