Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking seasonal outdoor laborers to support golf course construction, renovations, and related projects across the United States. You will work with a crew to shape, build, and finish golf course features, with travel to multiple job sites and no equipment operation required beyond basic labor tasks.

Applicants should be ready to work long hours, up to ~60 per week, and travel for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and storing materials properly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
