Job summary

The City of Fort Lupton is seeking a friendly part-time Golf Course Attendant to assist in the pro shop and course operations. Under supervision of the Golf Course Superintendent, you will help keep carts, assist guests, and maintain cart areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning and rotating carts, loading balls, assisting pro shop staff, and providing excellent customer service. Applicants should be at least 16, with strong customer service skills; golf experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Good customer service skills required.
• Previous golf experience preferred.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may work in elevated areas. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
