Job summary

Ultipro in Troy, MI seeks a Cart Attendant to join the golf operations team. The role reports to the Golf Shop Supervisor or GM and focuses on caring for the golf cart fleet and related duties.

The candidate should provide outstanding guest service, communicate well, and follow all course policies. Duties include cart maintenance, tournament support, and helping keep the cart barn organized and functional.

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance
• Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns carts to the cart barn at the end of the day
• Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required
• Cleans and maintains cart barn
• Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
• Receives and communicates complains to the Golf Shop
• Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
• Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Job description

As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Cart Attendant reports directly to the General Manager or Golf Shop Supervisor and attends to the golf cart fleet as well as other duties as directed.
