Responsibilities

• Communicate with the golf shop and members regarding needs for the day.
• Offer golf course service and food & beverages from the snack bar and kitchen.
• Set up, serve and break down tournament events scheduled during shift.
• Inspect carts to ensure everything is in working order and fueled before end of shift.
• Report deviations from standards to Manager/Supervisor.
• Maintain inventory for materials and supplies to support forecasted business levels.
• Check food & beverage for accuracy, appearance and presentation before service.
• Provide food & beverage service to members and guests per standards.
