Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Beverage Cart & Outlet Attendant at Horseshoe Bay Resort to provide on-course beverage service and support food and beverage outlets. You will deliver products to golfers, maintain inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include operating the beverage cart, delivering orders, processing payments, and maintaining cart cleanliness while working outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• TABC and Food Handler certifications required.
• Experience in food & beverage or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate a beverage cart to sell food, non-alcoholic beverages, alcohol, and tobacco products on the golf course.
• Deliver food orders to golfers as requested.
• Stock and prepare cart or service station daily, maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Accurately process payments and reconcile daily sales.
• Monitor inventory, including alcohol counts, and complete required reporting.
• Clean and maintain the beverage cart and dispose of trash at the end of each shift.
• Provide professional, prompt, and courteous service to all guests.
• Support restaurant or bar operations as assigned.
