Job summary

Grand Traverse Resort & Spa is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to provide timely refreshments to golfers and maintain beverage cart operations on the course. You will work with the pro shop staff, stock and sanitize your area, and ensure accurate cash handling and customer service.

Applicants must be 18+, pass a Beverage Cart driving test, and have prior customer service experience. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with shifts lasting 8–14 hours outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass Beverage Cart driving test
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide timely refreshment/snack service to golfers by visiting groups on a regular cadence
• Service every customer with a friendly attitude and assist with beverage cart duties
• Maintain inventory and sanitation of beverage area and cart
• Carry out cash handling, ticketing and other financial transactions accurately
• Load beverage cart to par levels and ensure proper safety standards while on the course
• Follow golf course rules and etiquette and communicate with Pro-Shop
• Assist in other beverage cart areas as needed
• Ensure all records for inventory and transactions are accurate
