Centurion American is seeking a Golf Course Bartender/Wait Staff to provide exceptional service in the clubhouse and bar areas. You will prepare drinks, greet guests, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked bar while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accuracy in order handling, and teamwork with other staff to manage peak times and events on the golf course.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending, preferably at a golf course, resort, or hospitality setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Friendly, professional demeanor focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items like kegs or supplies.
• Accurate mixing, order handling, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to patrons, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Greet guests and engage to meet needs, offer menu recommendations, and answer questions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organize stock, and garnish as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations, verify ages, and refuse service when required.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and close cash register shifts.
• Collaborate with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
