Come join the award-winning King's Pointe Resort in Storm Lake, IA! We are currently accepting applications for seasonal Golf Course Attendants.

The Golf Course Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to guests and assist the golf professional staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and other golf-related activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests and assist staff in golf shop operations, merchandise sales, and golf-related activities
• Process customer reservations for the golf course
• Assist guests with check-in and expedite their experience
• Take messages for staff or guests as needed
• Arrange and display golf shop inventory
• Collect green and cart fees and process payments in the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of guest areas
• Ensure proper storage of carts and facility security
• Follow procedures for opening and closing the facility
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate departments
• Issue receipts for guest purchases
• Assist with inventory management and supplies
• Reconcile cash and charges at the end of each day
• Perform other duties as assigned
