Job summary

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a Golf Course Assistant Superintendent for Falls Village Golf Club. This full-time salaried role includes a comprehensive benefits package, PTO and holiday pay.

You will oversee maintenance and construction of the 18-hole course to keep turf and playing conditions at established standards. You will work with the superintendent on budgeting, staff supervision, greens/tees/bunkers planning, and ensure equipment safety and proper records are kept.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; degree preferred in agronomy, horticulture, or soil science.
• 3–4 years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of golf course maintenance and turfgrass standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and construction of the 18-hole golf course.
• Assist in planning and directing greens, tees, fairways, and bunkers work.
• Manage annual maintenance budget and capital plans with the Superintendent.
• Supervise maintenance staff in daily duties.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and safety standards followed.
• Maintain records of course maintenance and assist with snow removal.
