Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices.
• Working knowledge of golf facility construction principles and methods.
• Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain golf course properties including course, grounds, and equipment.
• Plan maintenance and capital projects with agronomic and administrative input.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff and oversee budgets.
• Schedule and coordinate staff and equipment for tasks and projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
