Job summary

Heritage Landing Golf Club in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support building and grounds upkeep in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role involves general repairs, interior and exterior cleaning, and reporting supply needs; weekend and holiday work is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas including electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior and interior areas, including trash, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
• Identifies and reports supplies needed to supervisor.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Performs other duties as required.
