Job summary

Kiahuna Golf Club in Koloa, HI is seeking a part-time Guest Service Attendant to warmly welcome golfers, assist with carts, and support the pro shop team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with weekend/holiday hours and training provided. A valid driver’s license is required. This position offers opportunities to grow within a respected club.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer/guest orientation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable with a friendly personality.
Working knowledge of golf rules preferred.
Ability to learn and enforce course policies.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance.
Bring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts to the cart barn at the end of the day.
Clean, fuel, and check carts after each use.
Clean and maintain cart barn.
Ensure the carts are available for player use at all times.
Receive and communicate complaints to the General Manager/Proshop Manager.
Work closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments.
Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management.
Attend to the driving range area (tee area) as needed.
Marshaling the course as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
