Job summary

Acushnet Company is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to join Titleist’s elite fitting team in Southern Massachusetts. You will deliver club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations, helping golfers find equipment that maximizes performance.

As a Titleist brand ambassador, you will use TrackMan and mobile apps, build lasting relationships with players, and coordinate event logistics while working outdoors at 5–8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment knowledge with confident presentation abilities.
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation capable of carrying fitting and display equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs multiple times per day.
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for 5-8 hours per day in varying weather conditions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations.
• Provide personalized equipment recommendations to maximize performance.
• Coordinate event logistics and build lasting relationships with golfers.
• Represent Titleist as a brand ambassador and use fitting technology to support customers.
• Support approximately 75 events per season, Tuesday through Saturday.
