Job summary

Invited Clubs in Hilton Head Island, SC is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to keep our golf club facilities clean, safe, and well‑functioning. You will handle routine maintenance, repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and assist with scheduling preventive tasks; ensure cleanliness of carpets, floors, and common areas; communicate with supervisors to complete requests.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in facility maintenance; OSHA

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years in general facility maintenance or golf club environment.
• Experience with minor repairs and routine maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets and floors in all club areas including corridors and facilities.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, chandeliers, and fixtures.
• Complete daily tasks to meet club standards and organization.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related repairs.
• Maintain maintenance checklist and coordinate with department heads.
• Communicate with supervisor to prioritize and document requests.
