Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in food & beverage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Food safety certifications (ServSafe/TAM/TIPS) required.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining the highest of food industry standards at all times
• Hiring and training staff
• Creating weekly employee schedules
• Hands on fresh food preparation, service, and proper cleaning every shift
• Maintaining proper inventory levels for all food & beverage products
• End of Month Inventory
• Placing daily / weekly food orders
• Handle daily cash and credit card transactions
