Job summary

Fred Enke Golf Course in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Manager to lead F&B operations, budgets, staffing, and training to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As part of Troon, you will oversee Front of House F&B activities, manage inventory and costs, coordinate with departments, and implement marketing programs to increase revenue, while ensuring compliance with health and liquor laws.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in F&B management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• F&B, à la carte, and banquet experience.
• Strong business aptitude and service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front of House F&B operations.
• Hire, supervise, and develop FOH staff (bartenders, attendants).
• Provide training on procedures and compliance.
• Oversee F&B accounting and budgeting processes.
• Forecasting and budgeting for F&B operations.
• Maintain cost controls and inventory management.
• Develop and implement F&B marketing and revenue programs.
• Coordinate events and banquets to grow business.
• Ensure compliance with Health regulations and laws.
• Uphold Troon policies and HR guidelines.
