Job summary

Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver courteous guest service and support bag handling, club cleaning, and starter operations. This position is part of Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management.

Key tasks include assisting with course upkeep, educating players about the game, recording club rental details, and supporting food & beverage activities while maintaining safety and reliability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• One month related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Entrada.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
