Job summary

Cobblestone Golf Club in Blythewood, SC is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant to provide bag, golf cart and range services to members and guests. This full-time position includes medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO and a daily complimentary staff meal.

You will transport range balls, prep carts, maintain equipment, and ensure safety by reporting to the Golf Professional staff. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply golf rules and etiquette.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and safety concerns on course.

Responsibilities

• Brings golf cars from shelter to staging area outside Golf Pro Shop.
• Checks golf cars for tire pressure, brakes and safety.
• Loads bags from storage onto golf cars.
• Transports range balls to ends of range and fills containers.
• Places baskets of golf balls at intervals on range.
• Operates tractor and ball picker; retrieves balls.
• Washes range balls daily.
• Removes bags and stores items; saves reusable items.
• Checks cars for damage; washes and parks cars; connects charger.
• Informs Golf Pro Shop of clubs for lost and found.
• Cleans clubs and rental equipment; maintains Bag Storage Room.
• Attends staff meetings and performs other tasks as assigned.
