FirstService Residential is seeking staff to manage Outside Services on-site at our facility. The role involves cart handling, guest assistance at the bag drop, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained and stocked. You will work closely with the supervisor to maintain smooth operations at the golf course areas.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Florida driver’s license. Golf experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license is required.
• Prior golf course experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Bring carts from cart facility to cart stage area.
• Ensure carts are clean, properly equipped with pencils, score cards, tees, sand mix bottles, and coolers.
• Report repair problems to the supervisor.
• Assist guests in the bag drop area and provide information and directions to the golf shop.
• Transport golf bags from the bag drop area and load onto carts.
• Greet golfers and assist with loading/unloading clubs and bags.
• Return carts to cart storage and perform basic cleaning.
• Assist with practice facility duties and range ball logistics.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas (bag drop, parking lot, practice facility, cart facility).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
