Job summary

Florence Country Club is seeking energetic individuals to join our Outside Services team. This part-time role involves greeting guests, helping with equipment, and maintaining the practice range while earning cash tips in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available on Thursdays and Sundays. Part-time hours range 15–25 per week, with seasonal variation and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm as they arrive.
• Assist with golf bags, carts, and equipment before and after rounds.
• Clean clubs and deliver bags with opportunity to earn cash tips.
• Prepare and stage golf carts for daily play.
• Set up and maintain the practice range and short game areas.
• Keep outside service areas clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Share helpful information about the course, events, and daily play.
• Work alongside the golf operations team to create a smooth, enjoyable experience.
