Job summary

Florence Country Club is seeking energetic individuals to join our Outside Services team. This part-time role involves greeting guests, helping with equipment, and maintaining the practice range while earning cash tips in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates will be friendly, reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available on Thursdays and Sundays. Part-time hours range 15–25 per week, with seasonal variation and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the practice range and short game areas.
• Keep outside service areas clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Share helpful information about the course, events, and daily play.
• Work alongside the golf operations team to create a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Florence Country Club is looking for outgoing, high-energy individuals to join our Outside Services team. If you enjoy being outside, staying active, meeting new people, and making cash tips, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on interaction, enjoys being on the move, and takes pride in creating a first-class experience for members and guests from arrival to departure.

Great fit for students or anyone who loves golf, being outdoors, and working in a social setting.

This position averages 15–25 hours per week or up to 30 hours per week, depending on the season and how much you want to work. We are flexible!

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm as they arrive
• Assist with golf bags, carts, and equipment before and after rounds
