• Location: Banner Health Phoenix, AZ
• Hours: Full‑Time, Mon–Fri 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Requirements: Driver's license required, minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Pay Rate: $15.15/hr

Sign‑On Bonus & Vaccination Requirement

$250 Sign‑On Bonus! (paid after 60 days of employment)

Flu vaccination is a requirement for this healthcare location. The vaccination will be provided by the client.

If an exemption is requested we will need to work with HR and the client to approve or deny.

Spirit of the Position

The Golf Cart Driver position is responsible for safe, efficient transportation and loading/unloading of passengers and employees to and from various pick‑up/drop‑off spots at the job site(s) and employee parking, supporting the safety and welfare of all passengers.

Responsibilities

• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Work well with others and be a strong team player.
• Greet customers, respond promptly to correspondence and resolve problems with a caring attitude, developing rapport with all passengers.
• Work independently and under supervision, following supervisor directions when requested.
• Promote good customer relations by providing premier service with a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and willingness to help.
• Provide daily transportation for passengers to and from destinations.
• Prepare and submit accident/incident reports in a timely manner.
• Exercise care in handling funds and reporting lost items.
• Maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co‑workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Perform other related or additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must submit and pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet MVR guidelines as required by the employer.

Physical Demands

• Perform repetitive motions using hands, wrists, arms, ankles, knees, and hips.
