Job summary

Spring Mill Country Club is seeking an Outside Services Attendant for its golf operation. The role focuses on keeping carts clean and organized, handling members' golf bags, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

Hours are 35-45 per week with availability on weekdays and weekends, and compensation is $600-800 per week plus tips. Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• The ability to be on your feet all day and to lift golf bags weighing up to 40 lbs. is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Help to maintain a fleet of 72 golf carts ensuring carts are clean and organized properly for the golfers each day.
• Responsible for storing, loading, unloading and cleaning of members' golf bags/clubs for each round of golf.
• Monitor the golf bag drop-off for members leaving or picking up their clubs.
• Maintain a clean and orderly bag storage room and cart staging area.
• Assist in the operation and orderliness of the members' driving range.
• Create an inviting, friendly and service-oriented atmosphere for the members and their guests.

Spring Mill Country Club is seeking a personable and reliable Outside Services Attendant in the golf operation. This position is responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of the members and their guests with the service they provide. The professionalism and friendliness they exhibit will greatly contribute to the overall private golf club experience.

Hours

35-45 hours per week; must be available weekdays and weekends
