Job Description

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a year-round Golf Cart Attendant (On Call) to join our team. The resort will feature 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, a spa, and a full entertainment district. Our two championship 18-hole golf courses and a third short course will provide incredible options for dining, events, and entertainment for guests and the local community.

The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest enthusiastically.
• Perform duties around the bag room, such as club cleaning and transferring clubs.
• Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings.
• Assist in coordinating outside services for golf tournaments.
• Ensure presentation according to Omni Hotels standards.
• Protect all assets, including guest and rental clubs.
• Maintain golf course equipment and facilities, including golf carts, workstation, practice range, and trash receptacles.
• Fuel and clean golf carts.
• Organize the cart barn.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Pro Shop drive and entrance.
• Represent the resort professionally.

Qualifications

• Familiar with playing golf and knowledgeable of the game.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to operate golf carts safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
