Featuring two 18-hole championship golf courses, Fields Ranch East (designed by Gil Hanse) and Fields Ranch West (designed by Beau Welling), along with The Swing (a lighted 10-hole, par-3 short course) and The Dance Floor (a 2-acre putting course and entertainment area), the resort offers ample play options, unique simulations, coaching experiences, and more.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant (On Call) to join our team. The resort provides north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa, and a full entertainment district. With two championship 18-hole golf courses and a third short course, we aim to provide incredible options for dining, events, and entertainment for our guests and the local community.

The Golf Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering the highest level of service to our members and guests.

1. Greet every guest enthusiastically.
2. Perform duties around the bag room, such as club cleaning and transferring clubs to various locations.
3. Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings.
4. Assist in coordinating outside services for golf tournaments.
5. Ensure consistent presentation according to Omni Hotels standards.
6. Assist with the protection of all assets, including security of guest's golf clubs and rental clubs.
7. Provide ongoing detailing and maintenance to golf course equipment and facilities (e.g., golf carts, workstation, practice range, trash receptacles).
8. Fuel and clean the golf cart fleet.
9. Organize the cart barn.
10. Maintain the cleanliness of the Pro Shop drive and entrance.
11. Represent the resort professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with playing golf and a working knowledge of the game.
2. Ability to work in all weather conditions.
3. Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
5. Ability to safely operate golf carts.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
