Job summary

Ultipro is seeking enthusiastic golf course staff to work outdoors as caddies. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-service oriented, and have basic golf knowledge. Previous caddie experience is not required; training and certification will be provided.

Flexibility is key, with availability for full days and weekends as needed. Responsibilities include assisting golfers, carrying bags up to 35 pounds, and keeping clubs and balls clean while maintaining the course and sharing course

Qualifications

• Must have general golf knowledge; professional golf experience not required.
• Must be outgoing with a customer-first personality.
• Must be physically capable of carrying two bags up to 35 pounds each while walking the course.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully engage with golfers and visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
• Accompany golfers throughout the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each.
• Provide course knowledge and information; assist golfers with decision-making.
• Maintain the course; clean clubs and golf balls.
