Job summary

The International Golf Club in Bolton, MA is hiring for Golf Caddie Master positions, both full-time and part-time, to work outdoors and welcome golfers from around the world.

As a Golf Caddie, you will accompany players on the course, carry bags up to 35 pounds, provide course knowledge, assist with decisions and yardage, and maintain the course while cleaning clubs and balls. Weekend availability is required. Pay includes gratuity.

Qualifications

• General golf knowledge; no professional golf experience required.
• Outoing, customer-first personality.
• Physical ability to carry two bags up to 35 pounds each while walking the course.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or outdoor roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
• Accompany golfers along the length of the course, carrying bags up to 35 pounds each.
• Provide course knowledge and information.
• Assist golfers with decision-making and yardage calculations.
• Locate errant shots and help maintain the course.
• Clean clubs and golf balls.
