Wausau Country Club is seeking a part-time golf caddie to enhance the golfer experience on our historic course. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-service oriented, and knowledgeable about the basics of golf. No prior caddie experience is required as we provide internal training and certification.

Flexibility is valued, with availability for full days including weekends as needed. The role involves assisting golfers, carrying bags, and maintaining course presentation while engaging

Qualifications

• Must have general golf knowledge; professional golf experience not required.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
• Capable of carrying two bags up to 35 pounds while walking the course multiple times a day.

Responsibilities

• Cheerfully engage with golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
• Accompany golfers along the course, carrying bags up to 35 pounds each.
• Provide course knowledge and information.
• Assist golfers with decision-making.
• Calculate yardage for golfers.
• Locate errant shots.
• Maintain the course.
• Clean clubs and golf balls.
