Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a part-time Refreshment Cart Attendant to serve beverages and snacks from the golf cart, delivering courteous service to players on the course.

The role requires a reliable, customer-focused team member with a clean driving record and flexibility to work weekends. Eligible part-timers can accrue Sick Leave and may join 401(k) after 30 days; full benefits kick in after 60 days for medical, dental and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience on a golf course or in a similar customer-service role preferred.
• Able to read and understand simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Positive communication with team members and supervisors about tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and snacks from the cart and provide courteous, rapid service to guests on the golf course.
• Check in with manager on duty about day’s activities and course conditions.
• Ensure alcohol is not dispensed to anyone under 21.
• Take payments using prescribed cash procedures.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain beverage quality and service standards.
• Assist with cart setup and cleanup, maintaining cleanliness of cart and facilities.
• Provide a pleasant guest experience and maintain effective guest relations.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
