Hilton Head Island golf facility is seeking a friendly Golf Bag Drop / Cart Attendant to assist with bag handling, cart staging, and guest service. You will greet golfers, unload and tag bags, stage and clean carts, and keep the bag drop and practice areas tidy.

You’ll help with range operations, respond to guest inquiries professionally, and follow safety guidelines. This outdoor role requires flexibility, including weekends and holidays, and valid U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid U.S. work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Greet golfers upon arrival and assist with unloading, tagging, and storing golf bags.
• Stage, clean, and prepare golf carts prior to play; return carts after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, bag drop area, and practice facilities.
• Provide directional assistance and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist with range operations, including picking balls and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and golf course operating procedures.
