Position Overview

We are seeking morning/afternoon Guest Services Specialists (referred to as “Golf Attendants”). Golf Attendants deliver exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They are people-oriented, get to know guests by name, and become proficient with our equipment, including golf simulators. Attendants report directly to the GM of Performance.

Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly, above-and-beyond service to guests.
2. Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out.
3. Develop knowledge of golf simulators to assist guests and explain data outputs.
4. Assist with organizing golf bag storage, managing equipment, and basic simulator maintenance.
5. Learn and promote all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, and memberships, to confidently sell and cross-sell.
6. Give engaging tours of the facility.
7. Build meaningful relationships with guests.
8. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address concerns promptly.
9. Follow health and safety regulations related to food, alcohol, and cleanliness.
10. Verify guests' legal drinking age.

Qualifications

1. Experience in golf, serving, or hospitality is encouraged but not required.
2. Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
3. Positive demeanor.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
5. Physical ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
6. Obtain necessary licensing and certifications.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
